Please understand that the “Terms of Use” are provided for both your protection and mine; they are written to clarify the terms under which the images contained within this collection may be used. These terms are legally binding whether you have read them or not.

General Terms

*No part of this website layout, sample tags, or html is for download.
I do not not HAVE to sell ANYTHING to ANYONE I choose not to, if you have been proven to have stolen graphics, or abused copyright or another site’s terms of use I will not sell to you, please do not ask.

*There are absolutely no refunds for any reason due to the nature of the product. If you have any questions on the terms please e-mail me or use the contact button and I’ll be happy to clarify them for you. There are different terms, depending on the type of purchase, and these may be updated without notice.

*Should you choose to use any graphic found within the purchase ware collection, whether a complete set or individual image, you must use a linking logo (which will be included in your product zip file and there are many found on my fav page above) and correct referring link within the same page that the image (s) appear. A text link is permitted. This is not negotiable. Using this logo and/or link is part of the copyright. On layouts, there will be a link to me that must not be removed! A page of “credits” is not acceptable. Please credit my purchase ware actually on the page (s) of use.

*Please do not use any of my purchaseware collection within pages promoting or containing child abuse, nudity, hatred, bigotry, racism, violence, animal abuse, religious intolerance and/or illegal pornographic activities. I will ask them to be removed if you do. If for any reason I request that the images from the purchaseware collection or linkware collection be removed from your site, you will be given 72 hours to comply. Violations of the terms of use could subject you to this request.

*You may not alter, change, colorize, re size or modify any or all images without specifically indicated approval with the sole exception of adding text to any supplied blank button or image designed for this purpose.

*You may NOT offer anything “AsIs” from my graphics.  This includes any lineart you color, they may not be sold as “asis” tubes, tags, etc unless specifically stated in the terms text file included with the graphics set

Lineart Terms of Use

You may use lineart to make sigtags, websets, premades, stationary, Incrediskins, etc. as long as it’s “end use”. You may animate your results as long as at least 80% of the line is still the same. No tubing without a tube license from Mystic Made, most packs are sold with an option to purchase a certificate to tube. You may not offer my outlines to others, you may not let anyone else color them for you.
Under no circumstances is anyone allowed to make tags, tubes or other graphics from my lines and offer them without shading.  “Flood filled” is NOT shading, and may be mistaken for lineart.  Please make sure all lines/bases are shaded before offering for use.

Base Set Terms Of Use

Most of my base sets will come with a tube license. Please make sure you read the description! The tubes you offer must be dressed and have hair! The dressing can be just a bathing suit.
Under no circumstances may you offer Greyscaled tubes. I will also not allow as is on most of my bases. There may be a few exceptions but that will be in the item description.
Again, to re-iterate, no Flood Filling of the lines provided and then calling it tubed! You may make your own hair &/or clothing but they may not be offered as lines with your tube packs.

As Is Lineart Pack Terms of Use

You may use as is packs to make anything that you want to, as well as place them inside your member’s area (password protected areas only) for your member’s use.  Your members are welcome to tube the outlines, per your terms of use.  You may also draw your own lines to go with them, such as clothing, hair etc.  You may not re-sell them, or place them in a public access area that is not password protected! There is no line altering allowed.  You may NOT edit what is already there… this includes the base outlines. You will receive a logo to add to your pages for your members to use for credits.

Tube Set Terms of Use

You may use the tubes to make sigtags, websets, premades, stationary, Incrediskins, etc. as long as it’s “end use”.  You may not share them, alter or recolor, use offline, claim as your own, etc.  You may animate them, You must make a creation from them, making them your own, just adding text is not a creation. For Base sets, You can recolor eyes only, unless specified otherwise. You can not make more accessories for them. Do not edit or alter any of the bases or lineart provided. Do not resell as is these are only for personal use.  You may tube them, but bases must be dressed when tubed.

Web Design Terms of Use

You are not permitted to redistribute the sets “AS IS”, for free or for charge for any reason. My credits must remain at the bottom of the set (and in footer, template & CSS file for WordPress themes) at all times. You are not permitted to change the wordpress themes around at all. You may not use the themes to make your own set. If you like the templates, purchase one of my templates and make your own theme.  There are many resources on the web to learn how to do your own as well! You may not purchase my web sets or my wordpress themes with the intentions of using them on any other site than your own! If you have more than one site, then please let me know the URL’s. I do occasionally do a custom set. If that is something you are interested in, please feel free to email me. We can discuss what you are looking for and the work time involved and come to an agreement on price. Please know that I love doing these sets, so the prices will NOT be high! You must have a site, when purchasing a WP theme or web set it is for you only! You must also have the necessary scripts for mo right click and drag & drop.

WP Template Terms Of Use

My templates are for your personal use only.You may use the template to make your own WP theme. If you wish to make other themes to sell, you must add the profit license to the purchase of the template or contact me and I will bill you for it. After purchase, your license logo will be sent to you.
My link must remain in the footer. There is no exception to this rule.

Linkware

Images and IM letters within the linkware collection are not to be placed in any online collection or archive; in addition, no images are to be redistributed for financial gain or placed within any compilation CD, software or other reproducible media. IM letters are not to be ripped apart and used for anything else.

Tube License

When a tube license is purchased from me, it give the holder the right to offer tube packs made from that particular lineart or base set. All items in the tube packs you offer from my lines or bases must be fully colored and shaded. No Flood fill and no greyscale.

I reserve the right to change these terms as needed.
